Refund & Credit Policy

All purchases made to Pro Game Sports are non-refundable and are subject to Pro Game credit only.

 

LESSON AND GROUP LESSON POLICIES: 

Lessons may be cancelled by:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson or cage rental.
Our instructors work limited days and time slots, and your lesson also reserves indoor facility space that could otherwise be used by other clients or instructors. Please schedule carefully.

Exception:

• Shari Edwards requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Late Cancellation 

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in 50% of the lesson fee being charged, or

• If a lesson package was purchased, one lesson will be deducted from the package.

 

Sickness Policy for lessons:

If your child is kept home from school or sent home sick, please keep them home.
Notification is required before 3:30 PM on the day of the lesson.

 

No-Show Policy

• A no-show will result in a full charge for the lesson.

• If a lesson package was purchased, one lesson will be deducted from the package.

 

Lesson Packages

• Lesson packages expire ONE YEAR from the purchase date 

• Packages are non-refundable

• Packages may be shared between siblings.

• Packages must be paid in full 

• Shari Edwards and Tommy Caputo are excluded from lesson packages.

 

CLINICS 

• Unused clinic credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clinics for credit.

• Clinic package credits must be used only for the clinic purchased for.

• Clinic credits may be transferred to siblings, family, or friends for that specific clinic,

  • *subject to change depending on the type of clinic.

CAMPS - School break camps & Summer Camps

• School Break credits may be used across different camp breaks, they cannot be used for summer camp.

• Credits expire ONE YEAR from the purchase date.  

• Summer Camp credits may be used for future school break camp

  • i.e 2025 Summer Camp Credits can be used towards 2025-2026 school break camps. 

• Summer camp credits expire by June 19th of the following year. 

• School Break & Summer Camp Credit Packages can be shared by siblings.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

• $100 non-refundable deposit taken at booking 

• Cancellation of parties must be given 20 days prior to party date  

 

Payment Policy

All events must be paid in full.
Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received.
