Refund & Credit Policy

All purchases made to Pro Game Sports are non-refundable and are subject to Pro Game credit only.

Cancellation Policy – Individual & Group Lessons

Lessons may be cancelled by:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson or cage rental.
Our instructors work limited days and time slots, and your lesson also reserves indoor facility space that could otherwise be used by other clients or instructors. Please schedule carefully.

Exception:

Shari Edwards requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in 50% of the lesson fee being charged, or
If a lesson package was purchased, one lesson will be deducted from the package.

Sickness Policy

If your child is kept home from school or sent home sick, please keep them home.
Notification is required before 3:30 PM on the day of the lesson.

No-Show Policy

A no-show will result in a full charge for the lesson.
If a lesson package was purchased, one lesson will be deducted from the package.

Lesson Packages

Lesson packages expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
Packages may be shared between siblings.
Packages must be paid in full
Shari Edwards and Tommy Caputo are excluded from lesson packages.

Clinics & Camps

Unused clinic credits are non-refundable and non-transferable for credit.
Clinic package credits must be used only for the clinic purchased.
Clinic credits may be transferred to siblings, family, or friends, subject to the type of clinic.
Multi-Sport Break Camp credits may be used across different camp breaks.

Birthday Parties

$100 non-refundable deposit taken at booking
Cancellation of parties must be given 20 days prior to party date

Payment Policy

All events must be paid in full.
Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received.
