Jay Loviglio - Baseball - Hitting & Fielding (Tier 2)  
  • Over 30 years of professional experience
  • Loviglio began his playing career with the Philadelphia Phillies’ organization, climbing up to the Majors in 1980. He spent time playing with the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Cubs organizations as well

  • In 1986 Loviglio started his coaching career throughout the minor leagues as a Manager, Hitting Coach, Infield Coordinator, and Baserunning Coordinator within the Pirates, Rockies & Cubs. He spent two seasons as the Long Island Ducks hitting coach

  • Jay has enjoyed his transition from the professional level back to young players since it allows him to do what he does best, grow an athlete

Kevin Baez - Baseball – Hitting, Pitching & Fielding - Seasonal  (Tier 2)


  • Current Manager for the Rockland Boulders
  • Former manager for the Long Island Ducks and a former Major League Baseball player
  • Kevin enjoyed a 17-year professional playing career prior to becoming a full-time coach in 2005

  • The Brooklyn native was named to three Atlantic League All-Star teams during his playing career and has now served as a manager at two midsummer classics. 2017 was Kevin’s 15th season as a member of the Ducks organization and 7th year as manager.  In his six seasons as manager, the former Duck and Major League infielder has guided Long Island to five half-season Liberty Division titles, four Liberty Division championships and two Atlantic League championships.

Adam Capodieci - Baseball & Softball - Catching & Hitting (Tier 2)

- Adam is a S.M.A.R.T certified personal trainer, former colligate baseball coach, director of CatcherMtrx Softball and runs his own fastpitch catchers camp.

- Adam founded AC Athletics, Inc in 2014 to offer programs for athletes to be trained at a high level of intensity while pushing all of his players through motivation and daily goals.

- Leadership, positivity and confidence are some of the key points in his training while skill and physical strength and endurance are being achieved.

Mike Rizzitello - Baseball - Catching & Hitting (Tier 2)
  • 2012 Connetquot High School Graduate - All League, All County, First Team All Long Island and Catcher of the Year

  • 2016 Dowling College Graduate – 4 year starting catcher, First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-East Region and Team MVP

  • Rizzitello started his professional career with the San Rafael Pacifics in the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball. That season Mike won Rookie of the Year in the Pacific Association.

Jon Kaese - Baseball - Pitching, Fielding & Hitting (Tier 1)
  • Jon started his career at West Islip High School where he received the Golden Glove Award and led the Varsity Team in Homeruns and RBI's for 2 straight years
  • While playing in Junior College, Jon was aggressively scouted by the NY Mets and the Milwaukee Brewers, but decided to pursue a 5 year career in the US Coast Guard.
  • Jon has been coaching baseball teams and giving private lessons since 2013
Andrew Sesto - Baseball - Pitching (Tier 1)

-Andrew is currently the Varsity Pitching Coach at Connetquot High School.

-He has a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Education from Adelphi University where he played Division II Baseball.

-Before playing at Adelphi he played at Dowling College under our very own Tommy Caputo.

-Andrew was previously the head Junior Varisty Coach at West Babylon High School and was also the assistant coach at West Islip High School.

-He has also been coaching for the Long Island Junior Ducks for 7 years.
