Anthony DiLorenzo - Pro Game Fitness Head Trainer

 Anthony has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. Anthony has been involved in many team sports throughout his life including football (5 years old to the college level), basketball, volleyball, and golf. 

 

I grew up in Hempstead, New York where overcoming adversity was engraved into my lifestyle. Replaying my childhood helps me motivate myself to be the best I can be every day. After graduating Kellenberg Memorial High School, I attended Springfield College where I went on the get my bachelors degree in Movement and Sport Studies (Kinesiology). Fitness has always been a passion of mine growing up. I enjoy challenging myself and striving for consistent progression. Engaging in consistent action has always played a significant role in my life and helped in showing me the meaning of an achievable path when actions are taken in a disciplinary way that support a desired outcome. 

 

My mission is to help as many individuals become the most confident, in-shape and self-believing version of themselves by assisting them in becoming stronger mentally and physically. 

 

Training Philosophy: My goal is to help start you from the ground up; while progressing you through multiple phases of development. Designing programs to help you achieve not just fitness goals but life goals is my specialty. I want you to enjoy your training, as well as get excited about your workouts, and help motivate/challenge you to strive for goals that you didn't know was possible for yourself. 

Fitness all together has been enriching my life for years and would like encourage this lifestyle to you as well.

  • Cedric HAS extended experience from training youth athletes into adulthood and helping people in the rehab process from injuries.

  • WFS through National Academy of Sports Medicine (Women's Fitness Specialist)

  • TRX Suspension Training Certified

  • Alexas experience and knowledge ranges from basic fundamentals of Boxing, Mauy Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to strength and conditioning, power lifting, sport specific training, and general weight loss.

Sat:   7:00am - 10:00am

Sun:   9:00 - 10:00am
