I am a fitness professional that has turned my lifelong passion for fitness into a career. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was a child. Growing up playing sports from an amateur level all the way up through an NCAA level, I know first hand what kind of dedication and determination training for real results takes. My training style is very functional and athletic. I focus heavily on proper posture, form, and breathing techniques. I enjoy using all modalities the gym has to offer, from machines, to free weights, to body weight exercises. I strive to help my clients improve their overall quality of life, and help them reach their own personal health and fitness goals. Kate was born and raised in East Islip, where she graduated from East Islip high school and went on to play 4 years of basketball at Saint Joseph's college, graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor & Community recreation.  It is there she found her love for personal training and group fitness.

She has been a personal trainer since 2012 and shortly after began her journey as a kettlebell instructor, spin instructor and group fitness instructor. She has trained clients ranging from 12 years old to seniors into their 70's.  Kate thrives off of witnessing her clients reach their health and fitness goals as well as reaching strength goals they never thought they could achieve.

She believes that she is truly just a number.
